Marcus Blake
was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1977. He grew up in Chicago
and East Texas. His education is
in History, Literature,
Psychology, and Religion &
Philosophy. Marcus Blake has
studied at many universities
throughout the United States,
but his Alma Mata is Stephen F.
Austin State University in
Nacogdoches, Texas, which is
also where he wrote his first
book, The Music of Life. Mr.
Blake is a Poet, Writer, and
Historian. His books are The
Music of Life, My Reflections,
Returning Home and Sex Game. He
has taught in the public school
system, served in the Army, and
been a guest speaker at
Education and Literary events
throughout the world. Marcus
Blake is now a full time writer,
teacher with over ten years
experience, and a lecturer. He
makes his home in the Dallas,
Texas. Marcus Blake a National
Literary Awards Winner. He won
the 2008 American Book Choice
for Fiction Award Winner for his
book Returning Home. He is also
the 2008 S.T.I.F. Award Winner
for his book Sex Game. The
awards are National Literary
Awards are sponsored by the
National Literary Foundation in
Chicago. This award committee is
a national award committee that
recognizes the best in American

S. A. Bailey
was born on June 12, 1979 in
Bridgeport, Texas. He grew
up in Athens Texas graduating
High School there in 1998. He is
the son of a High School Spanish
Teacher and High School Football
Coach /History Teacher.
S. A. Bailey attended college at
Trinity Valley College in
Athens. His education is in
Criminal Justice. S. A.
Bailey also served four years in
the United States Army – he was
Airborne Infantry, serving with
Echo 51st Long Range
Surveillance unit during the Iraq War. S.A.
Bailey is also a Gun Expert and shooting
enthusiast. And The Rain Came Down is his
first novel and centers on his growing up in
East Texas while showing the lore and
Mysticism of small town life in East Texas.
S. A. Bailey makes his home in Dallas Texas
where he continues to lecture on writing and
politics and maintain an active writing
schedule.

C.
S. Brown
was born in Levelland Texas on
March 20th, 1978. His family lived in
New Mexico at the time but Levelland had
the closest hospital at the time of his
birth, C. S. Brown grew up in East New
Mexico and North Central Texas. He
graduated high school in a little East
Texas town called Athens. C. S. Brown
has his education in Aerospace
Engineering and Economics with a minor
in Business Foundations receiving his
degree from the University of Texas in
Austin. In addition C.S . Brown holds two
black belts, one in Tae Kwon Do and one
in Shorin Ryu. C. S. Brown works in the
business in Austin Texas where he makes
his home. Shadow Slayer is C. S. Browns
first novel.
