All online Payments are processed through the Truesource Media payment center, Truesource Media is the parent company of Starving Writers Books and our merchanct is Paypal. Our online merchant is paypal. You do not need a paypal account to purchase products from our store. The last step of the payment process will be at the Truesource Media Paypal homepage.

You can call us on the phone and make an order if you do not want to make an online purchase. All phone orders are made with credit or debit cards and we will process them through our merchant-Paypal.

Mail orders

You can print our our order form, fill it out, and send it to us through the mail with a check or your credit or debit card information. If you pay by check please keep in mind that we will process the check first before we make the order so there will be a delay in the fulfilling the order by an extra 5 business days. If you order through the mail and can receive a discount please call or email us first so see what the total amount of the order will be.

Shipping and Mail

TABLE RATES OR "BEST WAY"

Shipping and Handling prices are based on the total price of your order and shipping zone rates hence the table rate, which is also listed as "best way" shipping through the checkout process. We ship our products through FEDEX or UPS, first class so they will get to you in a few days. Our shipping prices are first class rates with FEDEX and UPS. We only ship first class since products have to be ordered through a book dealer or orders are made on a our "print on demand" basis ( only printed when an order is made). Orders will take a few days to process. It will take 5 to 7 business days to fill your order depending on what zone you live in.

RETURNS

Returns will be shipped through this method as well based on the table rates. All Products are non refundable and non returnable unless damaged. Returns will be shipped at the customer’s discretion and if the product returned to us is damaged we will replace it with another product and a refund of the shipping costs.

DAMAGES OR LOST ITEMS

If an item is damaged or lost we will file a claim with the shipping company and follow procedures through them. If an order is lost and the shipping company finds through the claim process that the item was delivered correctly then we will not credit you for the lost item. Please keep in mind some items delivered do not require a signature from the recipient. If the item is lost after being delivered in a case like this we are not responsible for the lost item and you will not be credited for the lost item.
